Returns & Refunds

7-day returns: You may request a return within 7 calendar days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to request a return: Email studioicon.co@gmail.com with your order number, the email used at checkout and the items you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Return shipping and restocking: For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the buyer pays return postage and a restocking fee of 15% of the returned product price applies.

Damaged, incorrect or defective items: Please contact us promptly, preferably within 7 days after delivery, and include clear photos of the issue. We provide a replacement at no additional cost for damaged or defective products, incorrect items, significant printing errors, or packages confirmed lost or misdelivered due to carrier error. Minor color differences caused by screen settings may occur. Your legal rights to a refund or other remedy are unaffected.

Exchanges: Contact us within the return window to request an exchange. We will confirm the return instructions and availability of the replacement item.

EU and UK customers

Where applicable consumer law provides a 14-day cancellation right, you may notify us within 14 days after delivery that you wish to cancel, without giving a reason, and send the goods back within 14 days after that notice. No restocking fee applies to this statutory cancellation. The buyer pays return postage for change-of-mind returns. Applicable refunds include standard outbound delivery charges and will be made within the legally required period; we may wait for the returned goods or evidence they have been sent back, as permitted by law.

Your statutory rights: This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including any longer cancellation period or remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods. Mandatory rights take precedence over the 7-day store return window, condition requirements and fees.
